This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Athan Aljazair errasmi ("Application") that was created by ITCOMP. 

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information

The Application doesn"t obtain any user information unless you provide it explicitly when you download the Application. No registration is supported now but we could add this possibility in the future. It might be optional and would provide some additional features.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

The application retrieve the user's location if the user wants to access the feature that allows visualizing the Kaaba via the camera and display the distance between the user's GPS position and the Kaaba.

Foreground service, type mediaPlayback	This is the permission given by Google in order to allow the app to play audio of athan in a foreground service.
Schedule exact alarms	This permission is needed to schedule exact Athan time (Alarm).
Camera	This is the permission given by Google in order to allow the app to allows the use of the camera in the application to visualize the Kaaba towards the Qibla in the form of a three-dimensional drawing.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. 

Children

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at marw.ministere@gmail.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

Changes to this Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the policy will govern our use of your information and will always be on this page. If we make a change to this policy we will update this page. By continuing to access or use the Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy & Terms of Use.
